Group classes
All group classes will take place at Jardin Campo Alegre in Santa Lucia Milpas Altas. During these COVID times safe environments with plenty of airflow and space are our best option and these are provided in this beautiful location.
Yoga and HIIT classes will have a maximum capacity of 10 participants per class, Aerial Fitness classes allow for only 8 spaces. Teenagers 13+ welcome
It is crucially important that you book your space as we can't guarantee a place due to our limitation in numbers, equally it is important to cancel with 24 hours notice to allow others to take the open slot.
Courses
All courses will take place at Jardin Campo Alegre in Santa Lucia Milpas Altas. During these COVID times safe environments with plenty of airflow and space are our best option and these are provided in this locations.
Courses are limited to a maximum of 8 participants depending on course so each person has his/her own hammock, other aerial arts courses share equipment and class maximum is 6-8 people. Courses run over a minimum of four weeks and in order to progress you ought to attend every class as each class builds on the foundation of the previous one. We welcome adults and teenagers alike minimum age 13. It is crucial to pay full attention in class as hands on help will be reduced to a minimum due to COVID.
Other Classes & Courses
All other classes and courses will take place at Jardin Campo Alegre in Santa Lucia Milpas Altas. During these COVID times safe environments with plenty of airflow and space are our best option and these are provided in this locations.
Classes and Courses are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Both Hula Hoop and Fan Dance classes provide all tools you need. All classes are suited for drop ins. Both Hula Hoop and Fan Dance is suitable for all age ranges 12 to 99 as they are low impact and gentle exercises.
Our Lyra and Trapeze course requires that you are fully vaccinated! Due to the nature of the course hand on assistance will be required and people will share equipment. Courses run over a minimum of four weeks and in order to progress you ought to attend every class as each class builds on the foundation of the previous one. The class maximum is 6 people and you will cross train between hammock, trapeze and hoop.

Gentle & Fun Fitness
Lean to hula round your hip and waist, find new uses for the hoop in exercise.
A fun class combining tricks, fitness and working the mid section with rhythmic movement.
Enjoy some fun movement to music from standing crunches, to stretches to easy dance moves.

Breath, Grace & Focus
A gentle way to connecting breath and movement.
Using fans we strengthen our writs as well as gaining flexibility in them as we weave together movements in a flowing dance.
These classes can calm you as well as giving you focus as you move gently from form to form.

Interweaveing movement in flight
Get to know the Lyra and the trapeze. Learn their similarity to the hammock and the differences.
Learn the basics of inversion and transitioning and improve your strength and flexibility while at it.
All aerial arts are highly rewarding as it is a continuous learning process while doing something fun, facing fears and taking flight.
Private & Semi-Private Classes
All private classes will take place in Santa Lucia Milpas Altas, where possible I will come to your home or gym but here I can offer a save outdoor space. If you choose to come here we will use my main base Campo Alegre to provide a class setting in an outdoor but shielded location, which allows for a safe environment.
All Pole classes will take place indoors at my home and the wearing of a mask during the class is required.
All aerial classes are also available as private or semi-private class.
