Terms & Conditions

In the Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Student” means any person that has registered with CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS

CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS reserves the right to vary and revoke the Terms and Conditions from time to time with variation it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the affairs of the venues and the conduct of Students. Any such changes will be notified to Students and, until revoked, are and will be binding on Students.

General

Any student must be at least 12 years of age (for non aerial classes) or 13 years of age (for aerial classes) or older to attend classes at CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS.

Please do not allow children to be unattended while you are attending class.

When you are visiting any of our venues, please do not climb on or hang from the equipment.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages/ Courses are not sharable.

All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

Every effort is made to hold class on time.

CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS reserves the right to refuse entry.

All purchases of services and products are final.

In attending classes at CELESTIAL DANCE, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS or its associates/members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to assure class can start on time.

If you have never been to CELESTIAL DANCE/DANI BRUNS or the venues we use, please make sure to give yourself some extra time to arrive punctually.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE

All bookings need to be accompanied by a 50% deposit (which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation) if purchased more than a week in advance. The remainder has to be paid no later than the first day of class. If purchased less than a week in advance the full course/package/class fee must be paid at the time of booking.

Late bookings and late payment are charged at full rate and do not quallify for the early booking discount as stated in prices & bookings page. No exeptions are made.

Once you have purchased your class/course/package, we are not able to refund any money. The act of purchase is ensuring that the purchaser is available for the class or course.

All classes require a 48 hour cancellation notice before the class to receive a makeup session opportunity. Makeup sessions will then be available at Q30. Missed sessions without the appropriate (48 hours) notice will be charged as if attended.

Class changes may still be arranged at the time of booking but will no longer be available once the course has started.

What we also cannot accept: "I couldn't find locations", or turned up on another location or any travelling issues. Please check it out in Contact tab where to arrive and get familiar with address, class locations as well as travelling time.

There is no refund for merely changing your mind! We are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend the program! This is not negotiable.

If you are running late, after 15 minutes (warm up time) you won’t be able to attend the class due to health and safety reasons. If you turn up after this time you will be asked to leave and session will be charged as attended.

If you are not arriving on time to start the class, we keep the rights to give your space for a standby student and your class will be charged as if attended.

Cancellations must be made through our online reservation system or via email to Celestial Dance Arts.

If you are on a waitlist and moved into the class roster, you will be notified via email.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE

All bookings need to be accompanied by a 30% deposit. The remainder has to be paid no later than two weeks before the first retreat day. If purchased less than a month in advance the full fee must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

Canellations made more than 21 days before retreat start are eligible for a 50% refund of their deposit (minus administration and transaction charges).

Canellations made less than 14 days before retreat start (given full payment has been received) are eligible for a 50% refund (minus administration and transaction charges).

If you have to cancel less than 7 days prior to the retreat start all payments are non-refundable.

AERIAL YOGA GROUP AND PRIVATE CLASSES

Gear to bring: Yoga mat (if possible) and a water bottle. Socks due to our outdoor venue, for silks socks are not recommended.

No jewellery, zippers, or other items that may snag on the silk hammock.

Motion sickness is common in this practice, if you are prone to vertigo or extreme motion sickness this practice might not be suitable for you.

If you are unable to make your private session, please provide 48 hours notice. Late cancellations for private classes will be subject to charge, group classes are non-refundable.

PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE CLASSES

Gear to bring: Yoga mat (if possible) and a water bottle. Socks due to our outdoor venue however not for silks classes.

For all classes no jewellery, zippers, or other items that may scratch the pole or damange the fabric.

If you are unable to make your private/semi-private session, please provide 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will be subject to charge.

AERIAL FITNESS, HAMMOCK COURSES AND AERIAL ARTS COURSES

Gear to bring: No mat required. Safety mats are provided where needed. Bring water bottle. Socks for warmth

No shoes.

Pre-registration is required. Use our online registration system or email Celestial Dance Arts to reserve your spot on the workshop or course.

No refund will be made in case of cancelation.

No long fingernails, jewellery, zippers, or sharp objects.

YOGA

Gear to bring: mat (if you have), towel, and water bottle.

No shoes or socks.

Please make sure to turn off cell phones before entering the practice area.

If you need to leave class early, let the teacher know, and he/she will assist you in leaving without disrupting the class.

If you are late to class, come on in! Life happens, and if you are running a few minutes late you may still take part. If you are running more that 10 minutes late, consider coming to the next class on the schedule for safety purposes and out of respect to the other students and teachers.

CLASS/COURSE PACKAGES

"Yoga" class packs may be used for yoga classes and HIIT only (does not include aerial Yoga)

"Yoga" class packs have a one month validity.

"Aerial" class packs may only be used for aerial classes.

Class packs or Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
