This Solar Eclipse Yoga Retreat takes place in Negradas, O Vicedo, in a quiet natural setting surrounded by hills and open skies.

Designed as a very small group experience (maximum 4 participants), the retreat places yoga at the center of the experience, with daily Hatha and Aerial Yoga practice as the foundation of each day.

Galicia lies within the path where the August 12, 2026 solar eclipse will reach totality, and O Vicedo is well positioned in the northwest of the region. The retreat’s elevated surroundings and open western horizon make it a favorable place to observe the eclipse as the sun lowers toward sunset. (Weather conditions permitting.)
