Hatha Yoga
My main focus when teaching Hatha Yoga is alignment and body awareness. Hatha, the mother of all yoga styles, is the perfect place to begin or deepen your practice. With a slower pace and static holds, these classes help you connect inwardly, explore the balance between push and pull, and get the most out of each posture while building a strong and solid foundation.


Aerial Yoga
My aerial yoga classes use a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling to support the body through a Hatha-inspired sequence. We move progressively through warm-up, standing postures, strength and balance work, as well as gentle inversions, backbends, and forward folds.
Rather than focusing on tricks, the practice emphasizes building strength and flexibility in a mindful and accessible way. The hammock acts as both support and challenge, helping release tension, explore new ranges of movement, and develop confidence, even for complete beginners.
