We will cover a range of movements and disciplines on the hammock flowing from aerial yoga to aerial fitneess and aerial dance. These workshops are for compleate beginners.

8:00am till 12:00pm
includes breakfast at our local restaurant Chica Bean after your first class. After breakfast we continue with two further classes.

Aerial Yoga
In order to make moves look more fluid and to easily transition flexibility is a must. Although in aerial yoga we also work on inversions and strength for the workshop we will put the main focus on flexibility.
Aerial Fitness
Strength and conditioning is very important as you are required to lift your own body weight around the apparatus. Learn the right technique on and off the equipment in order to progress. Particular attention will be paid to core strength and upper body.
Hammock Fundamentals & Aerial Dance
The hammock is the easiest apparatus to learn on therefore we will dedicate a good part of the workshop learning our way around it. Lifting your own weight, performing easy and translatable tricks as well as inverting safely can best be trained and learned here.
