San Miguel de Negradas is a typical galician aldea in the countryside. A small collection of rural houses, a church and rolling hills all around. With plenty of nature paths to walk and little neighbourhoods to explore this is the perfect idyllic site for a retreat. The baches are also close by but best to take the bike for it.

Join Jo, me and Batsy for your stay. A little micro team at your service.

Jo will be your tour guide and driver and makes a great breakfast.

I, myself am the yoga instructor and main food creator during your stay.

Batsy is the emotional support bat and human resource manager ;)

Beaches and villages

Just a 15 minute bike ride and you are at the nearest beach Area Longa, 30 minutes gets you to San Roman. In a mere 20 minutes you'd be in the village/town of O Vicedo and a bus trip or a 15 minte drive takes you to Colvas and Viveiro with cafes, shops and more beach.
