COVID - 19 Regulations

As COVID-19 is likely to stay with us for some time yet, it is crucial that we all do our bit to ensure classes can commence in safety.

All classes (apart from private and semi-private Pole classes) are held outdoors with sufficient space to keep social distancing guide lines and classes sizes are kept to a maximum of 12.

It is advised to bring your own mat and objects such as blocks as communal use should be limited to a minimum.
Practice spaces will be cleaned before every class and hand sanitizer will be available. All our mats will be wiped down with disinfectant and a disinfectant spray will be available for your own materials too.

In any class setting please fill the spots furthest from the entrance so students behind you don’t have to walk past you.

Hand on adjustment will not be carried out in these times so in particular in any aerial setting it is crucial that you pay close attention to demos and instructions. If for some inversion the teacher deems it necessary to give assistance she will wear a mask and sanitize her hands before and after assisting.

For Pole classes which happen indoors masks have to be worn and the pole will be wiped regularly with disinfectant, however as teacher and student do share the pole please avoid touching your face and disinfect your hands regularly throughout class.

All classes, even if you bought a pass, will have to be booked online so we can keep a track and trace log. Details of who was in class and when will be held for 3 weeks.

It goes without saying that if you’re feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is showing symptoms of COVID please do not come to class.
