Aerial Arts Retreat

Excellent Teacher, Beautiful Location!

I chose this retreat because I was specifically looking for an aerial yoga focus, and finding this retreat that also included aerial arts was even better.

The whole setup is wonderful - beautiful location, covered outdoor studio space, Chica Bean cafe is lovely, and Dani is a wonderful teacher.

I appreciated her knowledge of both aerial yoga and aerial arts.

I have a bit of aerial experience, but was very out of shape. She was able to craft appropriately challenging aerial classes as well as hatha stretch sessions that were exactly what I needed at the end of each day. I HIGHLY recommend any of her retreats!!

I love Dani’s classes

I did Aerial yoga, fitness aerial, online yoga and online HIT classes. She is an amazing instructor and you will definitely have fun and get a good work out from her. Her classes are geared to all levels.

I did the Aerial classes for about three months and the only reason I stopped was because I left the country, so now I do some online classes with her.
I highly recommend her and her classes.

She gives alternative options and knows if she can push you a little further. She is fun and attentive. I highly recommend her for aerial yoga, regular yoga, and HIIT classes which is the classes I’ve tried with her.

I am always delighted with each new student who allows me to be part of their journey for a little while. I have been teaching in a variety of countries by now and it makes me happy that I am still in touch with many of my former students. Teaching in small groups creates community and friendship which often go beyond the class room.
